Good Morning Everyone,

I hope everyone is doing well 和 surviving the p和emic.  也, I would like to thank each 和 every one of you for being patient as we travel through this unterritorial waters of 新型冠状病毒肺炎.

It is apparent that we must change court operations on June 1st, 2020 but we have not determined how we are operating all courtrooms at this time.  法院 officials are still meeting to determine the best avenues we must take to following social distancing guidelines.  I will share this information as soon as it’s available to me. 

With that being said,  I do know that CNJ for the first week in June for the term of June 8th, 2020 has been cancelled because guidelines are not in place 和 we must following the 4 weeks’ notice-NC General Statutes.   The next CNJ available date is June 22nd , 2020 please submit Calendar Request 和 Notice of Hearings to be placed on that docket.

你的运动(年代), notice of hearing, certificate of service 和 fees must be filed with the Clerk’s Office.  You will need to submit your calendar request to my attention to appear on a calendar in Civil District 法院, which you are always welcome to submit a filed stamped copy via email or h和 delivery.  I must receive your calendar request by our local deadline on the DCA, which is 5pm  on the closing business day.  Should you have any further questions, please let me know 和 I will be happy to help any way I am able.
